Is there any way of being allowed to play copyrighted music for free on a net station?

For example, advertising the songs by saying the name and artist and album etc. or anything else? I know it sounds like a lame question but if there is a way I would love it!

In short, if you are in the US, ... NO.

Radio stations require advertising or subscriptions to help pay the fees for playing copyrighted music. That doesn't change whether you are making money off of it or not.
