You may have received a call FOR a deposition
You may have even GIVEN a deposition
But it is highly unlikely that you RECEIVED a deposition

If you have received a call to give a deposition
the only reason you would really need to be speaking to a lawyer is if you feel that there is some way that YOU could be implicated in your ex's dealings or the business behavior that has brought on this need for depositions and the like !!!

I presume you mean you received a subpoena for a deposition or some other form of notice. Talking to a lawyer is a good idea, but (1) you have to pay for that, and (2) not all lawyers will have a clue what to advise you. Generally, uninterested third-parties are not represented at the actual deposition, but that's your choice. You need to figure out what sort of exposure you might have in connection with the litigation, and make your choices accordingly. If they're potentially going after his assets, and could reach your own, you've got something to worry about.

Yes. Despite the fact that he is your ex-husband it is possible that he may have concealed material facts from you about his business during the divorce. See the lawyer who represented you in the divorce. Something may, or may not, develop out of this.
