I was teasing Aunt J about BTK (she lives in the same town as he) I told her she better not let her dog get loose (he was the dog catcher) She said he returned her dog after it had gotten loose on 2 occasions and he told her people like her shouldn't be allowed to have a dog! eeek! She also said he was Cousin M's Boy Scout Troop leader and Cousin M had been on several camping trips with BTK! Cousin M didn't like him and said he was creepy so Aunt J let him drop out

Turns out the Tulsa serial rapist who was arrested was the boy I had a crush on in 6th grade (we sat next to each other)

Once when I was in college I took a night class. I was walking up the stairs in the stairwell alone when I saw a man walking down the stairs coming towards me. As he passed me he reached out and grabbed my......well you can fill in the blank. I was so shocked that I just stood there- totally contrary to what I would have expected my reaction to be in a situation like this.
I filed a report with UP and they couldn't believe the description I gave them. It matched that of a rapist in the area. They searched the area after I filed my report and found nothing.
The slime ball was eventually caught though.
Freaked me out!

I was inside a nightclub once when a guy got shot on the dance floor. I was about 20 feet away from him.
Well, that's not really relevant to the question, but oh well

I realized it when I crossed paths with danger... I pulled out in front of a semi-truck (in my itsy bitsy '97 Ford Escort) and got hit- and (incredibly!) I wasn't hurt at all. I thank God for that!
