it is electron.
it is the only one to circle the nucleus.
when an electron moves with very high speed, its relativistic mass is more than its rest mass.

positron has charge of electron and mass of proton(wt almost equal to 1836 times of proton.
but never heard of it revolving around nucleus.please check your question.
