Monica may be tops at giving head, but I bet Bin Laden is the worst at it, then I could be wrong - Hitler might be the best.
Bill can play a fairly decent sax, but Hitler may be the worst.
Hugh Hefner and Borat seem somewhat similar.

I'd go with Hitler topping the list but you left out some.....Saddam Hussein, Pol Pot, Idi Amin to name just a few. What did Hugh Hefner do?? Clinton disgraced the white house, Lewinsky is just a human humidor, and Borat is a fictional movie. Wondering why you included them with mass murderers.

Hitler wins hands-down. He brought nearly the entire world to war, and is responsible for more deaths than almost any other human being in history. Bin Laden's got a long, long, long way to go before catching up with the 20 million or so deaths directly linked to Hitler.
