The icon of the refresh button is changed. It's on the immediate right of the links field. The button icon has a up-arrow and down-arrow next to each other.

F5 will refresh. But bear in mind that IE7 is still a Microsoft program and is inherently susceptible to tracking cookies and so forth. Mozilla Firefox is the way to go, it's free and Extremely simple.

the refresh button is to the right of the url address bar it is the box with the green arrows in it.

1) It's beside the stop button and its default color is green(depends on ur skin)

2) Press F5 on ur keyboard, it's the shortcut key.

I think it looks like a little circle missing abit in the middle like on firefox
