As far as telling the courts, I am not sure. I would ask your lawyer, and I THINK he/she will say you should tell the courts. You do know if you are still married (divorce is not final) when you give birth, your husband will be on the birth certificate, no matter what either of you say? You will have to go through the whole process of paternity tests and everything to have your (ex)husband removed from the birth certificate and the other guy added. My sister AND one of her friends went through it and it sucks. Plus I work for the state and I know it is the law. Good Luck though, and it will all be okay in the end!

The sticky situation is if you are still married he has a legal right to the baby. Until a paternity test is done to prove who's child it is. I would talk to your attorney. Why are you going back to court? When I signed my divorce papers that is the only time they asked me if I was pregnant. Shortly after but before the divorce was final I found out I was, with my now hubby's baby. I didn't tell because the papers where already filed.

tell the truth, just let them know at the time you didnt know, what are they going to do once you tell the truth?, so relax.....next court date after you are sworn in , just tell the Judge, let them know whether he ask or not if you are pregnant, relieve the stress you are placing on yourself.....enjoy your pregnancy, stop feeling guilty of nothing

What does your lawyer think you shoudl do? If you don't have one, call a public defender, or at least go to a legal advice web site.
Don't accept legal advise from anybody on yahoo, even if they claim to be a lawyer!!! The future of you and your baby are going to depend on getting a correct answer to your question!!!!
