Has anyone ever ordered new service with Cingular online?

I wanted to know if anyone will recommend to get new service with Cingular by doing it online. What would be the pros and cons? HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I just ordered a Go Phone online. Aside from the slight delay for shipping, I think you will have to call customer service to get the account activated. Other than that, I don't see any problems with ordering new service online.
