I am sending a padded envelope with a charm bracelet in it to friends in Connecticut...but I am in Madrid, Spain! How many stamps do I need to send it? I don't care how many cents to a stamp.

AAArrrghh - the usps site only gives info about mailing FROM the US! Go to a Spanish post office, and they will weigh it for you and sell you the correct stamps. You will have to fill out a Customs Declaration as well. Don't try to bypass the trip to the post office, as the value will have to be declared.

You will have to check with the post office in Spain. You would use Spanish postage and the amount would depend on weight.
