what some things smokers might do to resist the smoking bans and the communist secret police?

what if all smokers start dumping car ashtrays in parking lots? throwing butts down at every location? Lighting a smoke in the stalls at public restrooms an leaving them laying on the back of the toilet and walking out. flipping butts in unattended open covertable cars? butts in the napkin holders at non-smoking fast food joints? Will you do your part?

First of all I am a smoker....Doing things like that will only make things worse....I think that every privatily owned buisness should have the right to decide wether smoking should be allowed. Publicly owned places like schools, libraries, and such you could ban smoking, but privately owned bars and resteraunts should be allowed to make that decision for themselves.....would want someone coming into you place and telling you how to run it and make rules for you......I don't think so....then it will be each persons decision to choose wether or not they want to be around smoke....if you are a smoker and a resteraunt does not allow smoking, either don't smoke or go somewhere else....if you don't smoke and the place you want to eat allows smoking either deal with it or go somewhere that does not allow smoking....each group will have to decide that for themselves....I don't feel that a private buisness should be told the can't allow something that is legal like smoking.....

Its not the fault of the business where the napkin holder is, or the parking lot youre trashing or the bathroom stall is located that there is a smoking ban, so why trash or destroy their property? It seems more and more people simply LOATHE smokers. That will give more reason to hate someone who enjoys a smoke; Why not work on lobbying to amend those super strict smoking laws, organize a smoke day, where you get as many as you can light up at the same time ? Im sure there will be groups fighting to loosen up those restrictions, give them all the help and support you can.

this kind of juvenile behavior will only end with tightening the restrictions. But sure I'll do my part, start out with everytime you go into a restaraunt take that last hit hold it in and blow it in your waitresses face. that will surely garauntee you better service.

what good will that juvenile behavior do? it is not the fault of the restraunt/bar /business owners...this is mandated! i'm positive these business owners do not want to see this ban enforced...they are losing business because of this....this is government doing... not business owners! scatkat has the right idea!
