What kind of sick?? REGULAR strength tylenol for fever and aches, plain sudafed for colds, and tums or pepto for upset stomach. Still, you should always contact your doctor. Some doctor's recommend different things for other women based on conditions.

i suffered severe sickness during my pregnancy and ended up in hospital with this with both my kids, both times the doctors didnt like to prescribe anything untill i was admitted to hospital and was given a jag to help, but really you should just try and cope at the moment things will probablly calm down if not i suggest contacting your gp

I don't know everything, but Tylenol, Benedryl and Day-quill (Ni-quill) is fine. Ask your doctor for sure, but those are what mine said are OK!
