It depends on what you are going for; do you want to smell SWEET or do you want to smell CLEAN?
Joop! smells very sweet. Cool Water smells clean. In either case, shoot a squirt into your hand then rub it on your chest. If you spray it on, you tend to overdo it and smell less like a man and more like a French prostitute.
I tend to like Cool Water more and get a lot of compliments.

Joop is extremely sweet smelling that said it's also the cologne out of the two I gotten the most complements on

I tried Joop once and couldn't believe it was supposed to be for MEN...I was later told that gay men like it a lot.
Smells WAY too pretty.
I never used Cool Water...but I do NOT reccomend Joop!

joop stinks really bad and cool water is kinda played out if you want something that smells really nice go for clinique happy for men.

I like both scents but i have always been a big fan of Cool Water. My husband wears this and i love how i can smell him on the pillows at night.

JOOP!!!!!
Because its it has a very distinctive man-ly smell and its not over powering like most others.

Good old-fashioned soap & water is the best! Cologne stinks on most people!

joop is the absolute best smelling stuff in the world..i love it cant get enuf of it....mix it with axe and you get an even better longer lasting smell...love it love it love it love it

frist you should apply rubbing alcohol to your face so that you wont break out. It may burn but that means that it working. Then you should apply either cologne or aftershave
