If you meant that you ought to because someone life or your own depends on it, yes, I did. You won't be doing that in a court of law with the wrong reasons. You put all your words to stand before God and, you cannot lie with God as a witness to the statements you would make. For those who are none religious, their words are to justify to the Judge the truth, nothing but the truth! I hope this helps.

yes i have, And the best part about it is that I'm not a lawyer but i have never lost a case that i have taken to court.
All of my ex boyfriends have always told me that i live,think and speak like a lawyer.
They always say "you should be a lawyer cause you are good"

I always say go with the people and since the people have spoken lol shouldn't i go with what they say I'm good at?

Yes..let's see, about 4 times I think.
It's no big deal. Usually you're so busy concentrating on the questions, you forget that 100 people are staring at you. Including the bad guy.

Although I have been in court many times, as a juror, I've never testified. So I've never been under oath.

I am a retired CFO and testified several times in court. One has to be very careful how you answer questions by opposing attorneys. If you have any doubt the best answer is always "I don't know."
