natural thing always have natural taste.why u want to implant your breast.through cosmetic surgery you can implant your seize of th breast.in that process doctor will push more fat from other part of your body into the breast to increase the seize of breast.for decreasing the seize they will discard the excess fat from your breast ,but through this process stain mark will be there,that may looking bad.
