How many times do I need to click my link on another website for google to add me?

I know my site link needs to be clicked on linking sites, but how many times does it need to be clicked for google to acknowledge it?

It doesn't work like that. Google finds sites by following links, not by counting how many times a user clicks on a link. If you want to have your site indexed by google quickly, go to
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/docs/en/about.html
and register your site with the google search engine. It also helps if you create a site map using google's webmaster tools.
