I am having trouble uploading a video to the web.?

I am trying to put it on myspace just to show a few people and it says it is too large. It recomended Irfranview but I can't get it to compress the file. Any suggestions?

Try changing the format of the video to .mpg or something else.

If its AVI takes lot of space. SO ..........
