"I'm going to kill you" and actually meant "kill" as opposed to "harm severely"?

If you say "I'm going to kill you" and there's a witness or two, and you actually do the deed, then it is technically premeditated murder, as opposed to manslaughter or crime of passion.

I've never said it and really meant it. Of course I couldn't go through with that, unless my kids' safety was in jeopardy. Then I could very easily kill the @sshole.
