I have a 3 month old Papillon puppy and I was wondering what I should use to clean his ears. They are starting to get a little smelly. I know to use cotton pads or balls.. I was wondering if there is a special solution to use.

They have ear cleaning solution for puppies at your vets office. If you give them a call they can get you some and tell and show you how to do it without hurting your puppy.

Call your vet for their advice. But if you do not want to do that, they make special cleaning products specifically for dogs ears. Be very careful not to go too deep in the ear.

DON'T clean you puppy's ears with anything.
I'd say don't ever mess with your puppy's ears at all...ever!!!
You'll only scare it and maybe hurt it as well.
