Im more of a Munsters fan myself i think Fred Gwynne was great as Herman and Al Lewis was great as Grandpa. But The Munsters Today was a Travesty just dosent work without the above actors and are sadly no longer with us.

Definitely The Munsters. I like them both but the Munsters was so much funnier. I love Fred Gwynne as Herman Munster. I love when he laughs and claps his hands!

Munsters was always more inventive. I agree the re-make was terrible. The whole 50's feel that the original has give it a certain nostalgic feel. The actor's are amazing. Fred Gwynne as Herman is extraordinary, and I like Grandpa.. those sort of characters no longer exist anymore Al Lewis owned a huge resturant in New York that was a hangout for stars and sports players, and it was called, you guessed it; Grandpa's!

I loved the Munsters..more than the Addams family...i liked Herman the best....then grandpa!

I would be more of an Addams than a Munsters, the Addams were a great sitcom to watch. My favorite characters were Pugsly and Wednesday Addams.

I used to love the Munsters! The Adams Family was a bit boring to me. It's nice that Herman has now got a job presenting Top Gear in a curly wig though. LOL
