I'd say it has something to do with your bed!!!!
if you have not had an injury in the past i'd be getting a new matress or one ot those theraputic foam mats to go over your matress the one with the lumps all over it... Give it a try anyway and hopefully you'll wake up pain free in the morning.
good luck

You might need a new mattress or maybe you ae not sleeping in a comfortable position. If you are sleeping on your back put a pillow under your knees to elevate them and then your lower back will press down onto the bed. This is better than if it is arched.

You may be having a stiff back due to your lying position. Try changing your bed and the way you lie down. This might lead to scoliosis in the future.

It's normal because during the night and until the dawn the testosteron level in the blood increases. That's because many men affirm that the best time for having sex just is in the early morning!

Lower back muscles are weak or you need a firmer mattress.
