P0450 is "Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Malfunction".
P0453 is "Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor High Input".
I would look at the P0453 problem first and check the input voltage, not sure, what it is on your car, I guessing 5 volts DC.
If, the input voltage is correct, Replace the Sensor. I not promise this fix, but, 95% of the time it will if the input voltage correct.
The Canister is a Charcoal Filled Tank. It absorbs Fumes from the Fuel Tank (Hydrocarbons I think). So, it could have a clogged line, damaged Tank, or need Replaced. I would not think it really need replaced, but, I guess they can malfunction. Go with the Sensor as your main Focus. It may also be a Purge Valve!!
