We have been trying to conceive for many months and I have a feeling this is why we're not conceiving. Any suggestions as to what we can do or why this is happening?

It is natural for it to come out. Just elevate your hips after he pulls out (and also tell him to pull out slowly and push your hips up while he is so not much comes out). You can use a pillow to prop yourself up with. Dont hang upside down, that is retarted. That can actually cause the sperm to go past the cervix. If you need to get up right away, you might try something called an instead cup. It is generally used for your period, but it is great for holding the little guys where they need to be if you have to get up. They are in the feminine section by the pads at your drug store.

I was having the same problem!!! a few things to do... Lie down for about a half hour after sex! Don't give gravity the advantage, have it work in your favor!!! Give the little guys some extra time to get where they need to go, and also give them a little help with the direction. Find out if your vaginal canal is tilted up (toward your stomach) or down (toward your back) If it's tilted to the stomach, after sex, roll over onto your tummy, and get comfortable and stay there as long as you can. If it's to the back, put a pillow under your butt and elevate your pelvis just a bit to help the semen flow in the direction you want it to. Also make sure that during sex, you are in a position that allows the deepest penetration. (man on top is the best) Good luck and hope you get pg soon!!!

when you have sex and your partner ejaculates he releases hundreds of sperms inside you so it is ok for some to come out as obviously it has too. Don't worry the sperm that you need will swim up inside you. Just lay on your back with your pelvis raised and your legs up in the air or rested on the headboard of your bed and this will help to keep the ones that didn't get away stay in there.

Doctors say you should do this for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Not meaning to be personal but doggy style position is good because it gets the sperm really high up into your cervix and it right where it needs to be so the sperm doesn't have so far to go.

Good Luck

You should always have an alternative cleansing system after making love. But when you are trying for a baby you must remember your cycles. Believe me ..his sperm is reaching the right place. Men have millions of tiny spermoa that reach you if your egg is released ..then you will get pregnant. When you start your next period...on the day that you start ....count 15 days ahead. Then for the next 5-7 days make love daily ....A female ovulation is around 14 or 15 days after the first day of menstruation. It doesn't matter how you lay, with legs up..or whatever...it just happens.... but you must be aware of your ovulation. Good luck, sweetie...Peace to you

After he's finished lie on your back and put your legs up in the air for about 10-15 minutes. This will increase the amount of semen that goes to your cervix.
Also save the sex for your ovalution days. This will increase your chances for pregnancy.

Best of luck.

It happens to everyone. It's called gravity. Don't laugh, but I heard of a friend who got pregnant by propping her legs up on the headboard for 15 minutes after sex. I did it and got pregnant.

some will always run out, it's inevitable.

what helps is if you have an O right after he lets go. The O will pull his seed up to your waiting egg.

if he has been playing with himself or you have been playing with his little friend he may have a lower sperm count. not enough soldiers entering the battlefield as it were. more activity and less playing with him and you should end up preggers.

have his count checked to see if that's the problem.

Semen is an organic fluid that usually contains spermatozoa. It is secreted by the gonads (sexual glands) and other sexual organs of males.

The process of discharge is called ejaculation.

the semen is made up of the following:
Gland Approximate % Description
testes 2-5%[1] Approximately 200- to 500-million spermatozoa (also called sperm or spermatozoans), produced in the testes, are released per ejaculation.
seminal vesicle 65-75% amino acids, citrate, enzymes, flavins, fructose (the main energy source of sperm cells, which rely entirely on sugars from the seminal plasma for energy), phosphorylcholine, prostaglandins (involved in suppressing an immune response by the female against the foreign semen), proteins, vitamin C
prostate 25-30% acid phosphatase, citric acid, fibrinolysin, prostate specific antigen, proteolytic enzymes, zinc (serves to help to stabilize the DNA-containing chromatin in the sperm cells. A zinc deficiency may result in lowered fertility because of increased sperm fragility. Zinc deficiency can also adversely affect spermatogenesis.)
bulbourethral glands < 1% galactose, mucus (serve to increase the mobility of sperm cells in the vagina and cervix by creating a less viscous channel for the sperm cells to swim through, and preventing their diffusion out of the semen. Contributes to the cohesive jelly-like texture of semen.), pre-ejaculate, sialic acid

Have his sperm count checked or just keep trying.

Try sex the second and third week after your period has ended.

He should stay in you longer after he ejacultes. It is okay if the *** comes out anyway, you dont' want it to stay inside of you for a long time you could get infections or it could cause unpleasent odors. As long as it is in you for a few seconds the sperm have time to do their thang!!!

This is quite common actually... don't' be concerned by it, it wont' cause you not to conceive. I assure some of it's hitting the mark.
