The collective system, though comprised of individuals, is, as a whole, more powerful and above "each" individual. Unless, the individual is the absolute boss of the system concerned. Junior individuals are full of ideas, but lack experience. While they (junior individuals) can be most innovative and constructive, because of lack of prejudice ; they may also, inadvertently and unknowingly, cause harm to the system, because of the lack of experience, stated above. Intelligence and experience both count, in any organization.

In good companies, regular forums / conferences are held and individual feedbacks are taken, brainstormed over, and considered for what they are worth, by experienced and intelligent bosses, who are not only more experienced, but also, keep their sharp minds open.
