My son has designed a series of new toys where you can record your own personal message for the loved one/friend that will be receiving it.

Since he has a dad the he rarely sees or talks to, he thought it would be nice to have one of his favorite toys that spoke in his dad's voice of maybe a bedtime story and a message of love. My son is only 8yrs. old!

Wow, make sure you really encourage this type of behavior in your boy!

And yes it would sell, but has been done before.

Actually. These toys already came into the market 07 years before. So, i think you better make a Brand Name such as Nokia, Cococola, BMW, AUDI etc and market it all over the country. I think it should sell well, if they are attractive and really have a standard.

I used to do them as well with PC done by me and now, I get so much of demands, that I started a large manufacturing firm with 152 employees.

Best Of Luck

Toys like that already exist so there will be a lot of competition for your son and he most likely will not make much profit, if any.

probably not. I cant see the toy so I dont know, all I know is that the toy market is one of the most competitive product entry market. odds are slim I'm afraid

Tell your son to build a time machine and go back about ten years ago and sell them there. his idea is old and not very good.

I think that is a great idea!!! I think it can sell (if the toys aren't to cheaply made).

Well, it just might! We must hope for the best. Creative youngsters should, as a rule, be encouraged.
