(c-3)^2 = 36

c-3 = 6 to take positvie value

c= 9

c^2 - 6c - 27 = 0
c^2 + 3c - 9c - 27 = 0
c(c+3) - 9(c+3) = 0
(c+3) (c-9) = 0
c= -3 or c = 9

Positive root is 9
