Usually I try to look this stuff up on my own and then I eventually forget about it, but this one is too weird and I want other people's opinions.
I had a dream that I was in my old house (we just moved to a new one last year) with my mom, a friend (I dont remember who), my boss and the HR manager (they are sisters) where I work, in the family room. All the furniture was cleared out. The back door was open and we could see through the screen door were two tigers. One was laying down just looking at us and he looked like he was going to go to sleep and the other was pacing and looking at us. Eventually, the family room turned into my old bedroom. The furniture was cleared out of there too. In real life, I had a window in my room that looked out in the same direction as the back door in the family room but in my dream, there was a door where the window should be. The tiger was trying to break in but running full speed into the door and scratching at the screen.

My boss and her sister (the HR Manager) and I were standing on chairs by my bedroom door and yelling and getting really scared. My mom and my friend were looking at us like we were ridiculous and told us to not be so scared. Finally the tiger tore through and got inside. He walked around like he was going to attack us and we kept falling off the chairs in a panic and then scrambling to get back up. The tiger stood up on two legs, opened the bedroom door behind us (which knocked us off our chairs) and walked through into the hallway. Stunned but still scared, we once again scrambled to get back up on the chairs, knowing full well that the tiger could stand or jump up and reach us if he wanted. Finally the tiger, standing on his hind legs and looking quite natural this way, looked at us and said, "Why don't you calm down? I can jump up and attack you whenever I want, I can walk through doors and do anything that you can do but I just want to live here."

Feeling a little stupid, my manger, HR manager, and I got down from the chairs and started living a norma life with this tiger. My little bedroom morphed once again and now it had a tiny little kitchen (fridge, sink, counter, and microwave) and my bed was in it, the only furniture that had actually been in any rooms since the dream began. We began to cook dinner and the tiger helped, still talking and walking around on his hind legs like he was human. That was pretty much the end. I lived a civilized life with a tiger I was scared of and another tiger was still outside sleeping in the yard, although I was not really aware of him anymore
Weird, right?

Everyone in the dream was female except for the friend. I can't remember who the friend was but it was either my male best friend or my boyfriend

The house represents you. You are examining yourself. You cleared away everything within yourself except those few people. The tigers represent your fears and anxieties so that no mater where you went within yourself your fears were still there. You are at peace with some things, but something is giving you turmoil which you need to deal with and face the foe or problem. Is it something or someone from work?

sounds pretty classical. The home represents yourself, the tigers represent an underlying strong and unrealized sexuality, sexual desires, drives. Being scared of those desires, running away from them, being threatened. And then - arranging with them in a peaceful way (which is a wish).
So overall you are dealing with some sexual desires, related to work which you can not live due to whatever restrictions. Family perhaps. Cultural? (Were they all women in your dream or was anybody there male?). A tiger could represent also a male force. You wish to calm those desires down and just live in peace and continue with everything.
It could actually work since you are a very female oriented family and work group and women can resolve those issues among themselves well.

objectives are in specific circumstances given by the Lord to coach the place you decide on progression in existence. the translation of such objectives is authentic, yet provided that the interpreter has coaching from the Lord. different dream interpreters that have a large variety of journey can come close, yet whilst there is direct coaching from the Lord concerning those objectives that are consistant with a dream it particularly is given by him, then the translation will hit a delicate spot on the guy's soul. the translation would be suited. Many won't consider me, and that i in no way answer questions with reference to objectives that are merely the techniques replaying the day. I additionally do no longer have confidence that any interpretation I provide is mine, yet belongs to Christ. There are circumstances in the Bible of two dream interpreters, Joseph and Daniel. i won't say that all and sundry objectives have which potential. some are, as you assert, random techniques occuring as you sleep. do you ought to have one with deeper which potential, don't be afraid to voice it. you will understand the authentic interpretation once you notice it.

By any chance, were you ever a Calvin and Hobbes fan?
If so, there's the source of your dream's symbolism.
My hunch is your were and that is one thing you've left behind from your childhood but it still lurks in your subconscious (Hobbes, being a comfort and pleasure from childhood, now encouraging you to calm down from the stresses of the working world and moving).

Guess you should be on the look out for danger ........burglary, robbery, snatch theft, etc.........
It seems to be a crouching tiger waiting to pounce anytime.
(I might be wrong, of course)
Just seems to me that it spells some kind of danger.
Take care..........

Please do not use the Internet to answer questions about yourself. Only a professional can answer your questions, and there are many people on the net who don't know their butt from a hole in the ground.
