I haven't been in 20 years and that was with my parents! What web sites, phone #'s, etc can I get a great, reasonably priced package through? Who has the best deals? How much do local travel agents cost?

Just like tweetymay, I always book my vacation packages directly through the Walt Disney World website but book my flights separately. In 2005, I booked my first vacation without my parents to Walt Disney World and that's how I did it. It's the cheapest way to go and the easiest. They're very accomodating and helpful, and you can even have a Disney Specialist deal with all your reservations and such.

Here's the link for the Walt Disney World website...

Here's another link - you can order the free vacation planning DVD. (I just got the new one in the mail the other day)...

Here's the phone number for making reservations if you'd rather not book online...

The packages are reasonably priced in my opinion. If you find it expensive, you'll change your mind as soon as you return from your vacation. I hadn't been for 10 years (I know, not 20) and my boyfriend and I decided to book a vacation after seeing a bunch of commercials. I kept having second thoughts and asking my boyfriend if he wanted to cancel the trip and get our money back, but he didn't. So we went, and now I have to go at least once a year. It's just such an amazing place, and so much has changed!

The Walt Disney World Resort offers the best packages and deals. If you order through any other website you'll end up paying extra unnecessarily. If you order if through someone else then they have to book it through Disney for you, so you're paying the original price and then you have to pay the extra so they can make a profit, too.

And I don't know how much travel agents cost, but it's too much, I'm sure. I am a Walt Disney World expert and will help you plan your vacation and answer any questions you have for free. Seriously. If you check out my Best Answers they're pretty much all for Disney questions. I love helping people with anything that's related to Walt Disney World. Feel free to email me, people do all the time. Hope I could help! Have a great vacation!

Walt Disney Package Deals

I usually book my package (without airfare) directly from the Disney web site. (I can find cheaper airfare myself by shopping around)

I would suggest to you to go to your local bookstore , such as Borders, and look for PassPorter's guide to Walt Disney World. This book is amazing. There is a page with many helpful and informative websites and another with phone numbers!

Not to mention that it gives many detailed descriptions of everything from resorts and restaurants and rides to everything in between. (including the best spots to view all the fireworks shows!)

Go through Disney directly. They usually run specials throughout the year and this web site gives you all the information you are going to need to plan your trip.

Hmmm....i recognize there are individuals that stay at Disney international for 2 weeks, yet i'm no longer constructive why. i might want to like to, i assume, if I had an infinite funds, yet because i do not (and do not recognize lots of those who do), I many times stay a week. Technically, you are able to "do" Disney international in 4 days (one for each park) in case you ignore with reference to the water parks and different distractions. the finest fee ticket to purchase is a 4-day fee ticket with the Park Hopper option. this permits you to "hop" from one park to a distinct on an same day, in case you want, fairly than visit at least one park in protecting with day as you may want to in case you acquire a worry-free fee ticket. it really is a sturdy idea, exceedingly for first timers. in my opinion, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios will be finished in decrease than an total day, and then you'll "hop" over to EPCOT (that is large) or Magic Kingdom (which has the magnificent concentration of rides) and %. up the rides, shows and sights you probably did not get to be sure on your complete day in those parks. i might want to exceedingly advise staying on-web site in between the Disney hotel lodges. no longer in straight forward words are all of them sparkling, probability-free and fantastically themed, you get perks like better Magic Hours and loose transportation that is in straight forward words accessible to Disney international hotel travelers, and not in any respect to the final public. bypass on to the Disney international information superhighway web site to e book your equipment, or supply them a decision. you'll get hotel, park tickets and eating plan there. examine for particular promises. don't be tempted to attempt to purchase tickets everywhere else...they received't be valid in the journey that they arrive from eBay, Craigslist or the like. celebrate with your vacation!
