That sounds awfully like an urban legend to me...but seeing as it is a reasonably new one maybe even a local legend.
There is no way they would be able to get away with selling it if it did contain pig sperm. It would not only infringe human rights for not telling you but i'm sure somewhere along the line would breach animal rights too, and probably pass over into animal cruelty.

I don't think so. Go to lipmedic.com...they sell every lip balm that is made...including Labello. They should have the ingredients listed on their website.
