It says that i am sending bytes, but not many. Umm...also it's only going at 11mbps when others in the network are running at 100mbps. Bare in mind that this has worked before so it's not a distance problem. Please please help me i'm really needing your helpfull expertees.

Click on start go to run, type in CMD in the open dialog box and hit ok.

In the black command prompt type ipconfig and hit the ENTER button.

If you have an ip address of 0.0.0.0 or 169.x.x.x.x (as long as it's 169 does not matter) restart computer.

If restarting doesn't work, follow above instructions again to get to the black command prompt.

Then type in ipconfig /release and hit ENTER.

Wait for a few seconds and type ipconfig /renew

See if that works. If not you can do a system restore. To do this, click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.

You can restore your comptuer to the last time it worked. Keep in mind you won't lose any information on your computer that has changed, you won't lose any documents or music or anything like that.

First, you're on a wireless network which means your connectivity is going to be far outstripped by anyone hard-wired to the connection. The 11Mbps is your bandwidth, but that doesn't mean you'll actually be able to get speeds that fast since the router/access point you're on is also available to others. The question I have for you is: what exactly is the problem you're having? Are you connected to the network but just don't have internet capabilities?

well since its wireless, distance is going to be a problem. Usually the closer you are to the wirless access point, the better connection you are going to get. If it is at all possible, try hocking your computer up to it directly through LAN instead of WLAN. That will give you the maximum speed.

Hope it helps.
