As a college student, I thought they were a money hungry company who was willing to serve their clients grade D meat and unhealthy foods to cut costs.

As I get older...I realize that they were simply trying to keep what little profits that could be made in the institutional food service industry.

they are also based in NY state. i work for a non-for-profit agency which places several clients at their job sites. they offer great opportunities for our clients and offer reasonable pay and benefits. i vote yay!
