old is in your head not in your body. If you think your old, then your are. If you think your young, then your are. Old is an adjactive not a state of health or number of years.

That depends. Some people are old at 33, or so the old song said, and some never seem to grow old. It's all a state of mind, and how they live day to day. I can feel like I'm 101 some days, and other days I'm "ready to boogie" Most days I just feel good, because I can go for walks, but I never think of my self as old. I feel that "old" is a stereotype, like "old and grumpy". People who think of themselves as old just seem to give up. When my kids tell me I'm old I just say, "Zip it, kid! I can outlast you any day!"

My grandma is 93, lives alone, and has good quality of life. However, I think she is officially old. I never thought of her as being old until a couple years ago though. I think when you hit 90 and all your friends have died, you're old.

I have met 30-yr-olds who thought they were old, and 80-yr-olds who still felt young.
I think old is in your head.

It depends on who or what is aging.A person of 20years can be old.....Me, I'm 51 years young!
