We're old friends from jr.high/high school and recconected after 5 years of not talking. I was at a x-mas party on friday and I was kind of drunk and having a really good time. A couple of us wanted to go dancing and shoot pool afterwards and wanted more peope to join us. So I phoned my friend about 11:30-12am and I accidently dialed her home phone (she lives with her parents) She seemed really annoyed and pissed that I was drunk and that I called her house phone. I offered to call her on her cell and she said no. She hasn't answered my calls or returned my e-mail even though I explained what my intentions were when I called her...I wasn't just drunk dialing. She's always had a stick up her *** and now I see it more then ever. If she was in bed early because of something in the morning, how was I supposed to know. I just wanted her to come out and have a good time.

If she always has a stick up her *** then why are you friends with her in the first place? Your intentions were good, if she don't want to return your calls then it's her loss...

Girl, you and your friend has not talk in 5 years then she treat you like this let it go. ? Even though you made a mistake by calling her home number she should appreciate that you call her because she should know that you were just wanted to hang out. Maybe she will get over it but until then just enjoy your life

She has every right to be mad, but I think she needs to lighten up. You've already apologized and explained to her what happened so if she can't accept that and is not willing to forgive you, then I would forget about her. It might take her some time to get over her anger but if she doesn't call me back or answer my email, then I would move on. Accidents happen and to me, this accident was not detrimental enough to end a friendship. But if she seems to think so, then so be.

Sometimes you just have to cut people off. If I were you I wouldnt sweat the fact that she is not talking to you. So what!I stopped talking to 2 of my good friends and I dont give a damn. Life is too short to walk around catering to someones pissy *** attitude. Realize that the sun will still shine the grass will still be green and you will still be you, whether homegirl talks to you or not life go's on.Cut her off. Live your life.
