I believe the ban is an extreme. Upon the face of it, it may sound healthy by those that oppose smoking, but in reality this sets the precident, and validates the ideation that citizens are incompetant to handle their personal freedoms and respect for their community. It opens pandora's box. Becareful what you wish for, you just might get it.
I wonder if this type of "ban" and social acceptance is how Saddam got his start in Iraq with the peoples blessing?

Yep, it's pretty Communist - what ever happened to personal choice and responsibility?!! I really don't know how well this law will be monitored, however, especially in regards to one's home. I mean, what are they gonna do, bust in on every single person smoking in their own apartment?

Why could desire to you have the ideal to tension me to breath the poison you're smoking. it can not be against the regulation to smoke although this is going to likely be. What different industry is authorized to kill thousands and thousands of people and not be punished for it. If one million/2 the automobiles on the line killed somebody we could nonetheless be driving horses to get around yet extra advantageous than one million/2 the people who smoke are killed via it and their families go through smoking suitable issues yet we enable it to proceed. we could desire to consistently no longer make smoking in public or at homestead unlawful. we could desire to consistently make smoking in any respect unlawful. we could desire to consistently ban this criminal form of homicide and supply up super tobacco from killing any further people.

Break the ban at every opportunity, the cops will have to keep responding and criminals will benefit. If someone complains about your smoking tell them to "Call a cop" and blow your smoke in their face. We all must fight communism and the KGB now or they will win.

So, you think it's morally just to smoke in an apartment building with possible child victims? As for the law, I don't think it makes sense. If you want to poison yourself, go ahead. Hell, you want to poison your kids, shorten their lifespans, go right ahead with that too. The laws aren't necessary, common sense and knowledge of consequenses is and should be voluntary.
