I have heard people say rin tin tin on TV. For example when Dog The Bounty Hunter was going to catch a fugitive he said rin tin tin. What does it mean?

While some people would be willing to pay that much for a dog from his line, it is basically a gimmick and I would find a reputable breeder at the German Shepherd Club of America website. Back in the 1950s, people went crazy over the idea of getting a collie from Lassie's line or a German shepherd from Rinty's line. Dogs of all breeds and mixes can be Service Dogs, it depends upon the individual dogs.
