What can other countries do to help America turn Iraq to a peaceful, prosperous and a democratic nation?

You can definitely count out France and Germany. Russia
China, Pakistan or India, Syria, Turkey, Eygpt and the
Arab nations could be of some help if America would
ask them, after all there are still the oil for the taking. The
other alternative is to force-feed every Iraqi with pork so
that they cannot go to heaven where 20 maidens await
them. This way, they have no reason to kill each other and
there will be peace on the land again. Another alternative
is to supply the Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds with all the
latest weapons and ammo and they will do the rest for
America.

Accept the fact that the Iraqi people choose a democratic government and that a new dictatorship will probably not give them their exclusive oil contracts back.
