Why not.. The only difference is she can not carry a child. Having a uterus does not make her any less of a wife. If you want children that may be a problem unless you don't have an issue with a surrogate or adoption.

Absolutely yes. But it should be noted that women are really sensitive to their bodies. loss of uterus or breast due to a malignancy will cause them depressed. what can be helpful is the emotional sympathy by their family especialy their spauses. Physiologically, If ovaies are taken with uterus, some hormonal replacement needed to help their metabolism. Genitally, there would be no need for uterus to enjoy intercourse both for wife or husband.

Of course. There are millions of women who have had a hysterectomy (thanks to doctors that got uterus removal happy over the years) and they lead perfectly normal lives. In fact, they are free of the worry of becoming pregnant and that allows for less inhibition.

Of course she can. As stated elsewhere in the answers, she is sometimes freer because she's not worried about pregnancy. Also, if vaginal dryness is a problem, visit the gynecologist and please get hormones.
