You just asked the million dollar question, the truth all marketers want, the exact phrase your target market uses. If you understand behavioural targeting, their in lies your answer. You will spend a lot of money defining your search and the true formula for arriving at your answer will not be found here. The reason why I tell you this is because no one will surrender the secret to a successful campaign that has taken years to build.
Unless you want to purchase some e book by the thousands of successful people who have discovered the secret to making millions on line. Your business and market are unique to you, you have to develop the mechanism to reach your target market. There are some excellent papers on the net free of charge written by some of the most insightful PhD in business. There is no silver bullet, you have to research and develop the tools to deliver the target audience to your site.

Good luck.
