OK i have copies of both Empire and Jedi scripts and first of all it is in Jedi and it is during the scene when Luke gives him self over to Vader on Endor and he tries to talk to him about his true self and Vader says "you don't know the power of the dark side. I must obey my master" There ya go hope it helps.

He says "You do not know the power of the darkside" Contractions have less of a dramtic effect on speech and so Vader only uses like, two contractions in all the films.

Actually the quote was, "If you only knewthe power of the dark side."
That was just before he revealed that he was Luke's father in Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back

I'm 99% sure that it is "don't".
Personally, I would go for another quote, from A New Hope:
"Don't be too proud of this technological terror you've constructed"....especially if you get a photo with Vader pointing that can be placed next to his computer.

I'm afraid he says neither.
The ONLY time vader is quoted saying You don't OR you do not is in the following phrase:
VADER

The correct answer is the first one suggested. He says it to his son Luke as they fight together as Luke tries to bring him back to enlightenment as a Jedi before Darth dies from the Emporers powers as he saves Luke from death.

I think he says: "you don't know the power of the dark side" and he might say it in "the empire strikes back" when he cuts Luke's hand off. I think.
