do you just not like to use weights, or do you not have access

if you don't have access, you can always try alternative ways - lumberjacks and blacksmiths were big guys back in the days.

otherwise, running, jumping, push ups, sit ups. . . all the good military style PT (physical training)

also read a book once about isometric exercises that you can do when you're falling asleep in class, traveling, etc. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isometric_exercise

Use your body. Your body is the best weight you have. Do push ups, sit ups, crunches, claf raises, lunges, squats and dips on a chair and you will start to build muscle, at home.
