Is I've been told as long as the ovaries remain, the women continues to produce estrogen (hormone). The vagina produces fluid not the uterus for intercourse to comfortably take place. There will be emotional issues to address however physically a woman should be OK as long as everything else remains in her.

Yes...they removed her uterus, not her vagina, so things can still be done as normal!
