I think it is still 1999 only in the really northern parts. The rest may be up a few years on them. You are, by the way, quite weird! I mean that in a nice way. :o)

well if they are that far behind then who cares. at least they have a better government than the us. they give you a year off when you have a baby with pay!!! and they dont have an army. they are such hippies!
