Not a good idea to use someone elses essay. Especially at the college/university level. Professors have multiple resources to check for bought/downloaded essays. You'll fail and be expelled. Better to write a piece of crap or ask the teacher for an extension.

I'd like to see the source for that statement. I don't think anybody worships the Canadian health care system. However, where you like to point out that some Canadians come to the US for health care, you fail to mention that there are many ordinary US Citizens who are going out of the country to have medical procedures done because they can't afford health care here. Then there are the people who can't afford to go out of the country, and simply do without. What do you propose to do with them when they get sick? Should they simply crawl off into a corner somewhere and die? If so, then who should pay for the location and disposal of all the corpses?
