Actually With Global Warming, Pres Bush and the loss of of population in the common House Sparrows summertime and don't forget the Iraq war has caused Summers to be Most dangerous.
Do you remember in the 1970's when it was said that "Global Cooling" was going to Freeze the World and everything on it to death? There wouldn't be a Human, animal or plant left....

No more wearing layers of clothes. Besides, one can do a lot more stuff during the summer then in the winter.
