You will need a wireless router (I've heard linksys is one of the best and I use a linksys wired router right now) and the adapter for your computer. The router will come with a install cd that will guide you through the configuration. Its extremely easy to do, however I will caution you that security is a factor with wireless routers.

You will need a router that has wireless capabilities. Then you will need to add a wireless card to your computer. That is if your computer does not have one already.

This will not add any monthly cost to your service.

Buy a wireless router, it will cost no more for your service, you will also need a wireless adaptor for your computer.
