Be the best at what you do ! Don't ever ' give a chance ' to anyone to point finger at you .Laugh and smile all the time [even when things are not going right ] and be nice to all and stay away from work politics . Once you follow this "mantraa" ther will not be any work pressure .

Set goals to look forward to. If you have a deadline...remind yourself that it will all be over after that deadline arrives. If you know you are going to have a terrible week...make plans on the weekend that will help you unwind (i.e. full day of college football
:-) ).

Also...you can't let anything at work get to you. If you do, it will affect your personal life. You need to remember that it is only a job and there are hundreds of other jobs out there just like yours. So if you are unhappy and you see work impacting your home life...then it might be time to move on.

You need to remember that "you work to live" and not "live to work"... separate the work from your personal environment... do your job to the fullest, and don't let your surroundings influence your productivity or your emotions.... most importantly, use your vacation time to your fullest advantage and as a stress reliever, as we all need that escape from reality, and you will feel like a new and refreshed human being when you go back. If all else fails, you may be in the wrong job and its time to consider a move. Good luck

Be stronger and don't allow others to push you around. If youi're not willing to lose your job at any cost, however, you probably won't be able to do it.
