Latin America is becoming socialistic. They are electing socialist leaders and some like Chavez who has communist ties. I know this because I'm Hispanic and have seen many countries fall to socialism because corrupt leaders have tainted the image of democracy for them. However, U.S. intervention might not help only worsen.

WHY DO WE HAVE TO CONSTANTLY INTERVENE IN OTHER COUNTRIES PROBLEMS. DON'T WE HAVE ENOUGH PROBLEMS RIGHT NOW WITH OUT HAVING TO FURTHER BURDEN THE TAX PAYER. THOSE SOUTH AMERICAN COUNTRIES ARE JUST FINE. ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS BUILD A WALL TO KEEP THEM SOUTH.
