Turn them in to the authorities and hope like anything the law gets there first to pick them up before I make an on-the-fly decision of a permanent nature.

Immediately file for divorce asking for sole custody and no visitation. Throw the bum out of the house and report the incident to the police and children's services.

File for divorce, get a restraining order, and keep him/her away from the children at all costs!
