what was the name of the tonic granny made that she used for medicinal purposes?

Even though there are a couple things it was called such as moonshine, or XXX to others. Granny herself called it "roomatiz medicine"

I think it was just that..."Granny's Tonic". It was usually seen in a jug marked "XXX".
