Why are some bosses so low down that they fire for stupid reasons? Do you think right to work laws would help?

I know someone at work who is going through the same thing. But he doesn't realize the crap he pulls. He called in sick one day and it was his girlfriend's birthday, and all of us had to rotate around to cover his job. It's not like we're picking on him. If he'd just come in when expected and not call off for the wrong reasons, and do his job, and not steal milk and orange juice, and act like the adult he expects to be treated like, then we'd all be fine with him.

Maybe it makes them feel superior to make us feel like sh*t
That is just how it is money speaks more now a days.

I doubt it would help.............it coluldn't help trying but, i think our
chance would probably be 50 / 50.
