You could have been the most "perfect" partner ever, and they still would have "cheated" because it has nothing to do with you.
When one partner looks outside the relationship to fulfill something they feel is lacking, the problem is theirs, not yours. If your relationship had been built on love and respect, they wouldn't have "cheated" in the first place. In that case, you are much better off without them because you deserve better.
The person who treated you this was is probably immature and selfish. How can you expect them to treat you with any respect when they obviously don't respect themselves?
Of course you feel bad because you put a lot into your relationship and you were disappointed by your partner. The fact that they feel no remorse for their actions should tell you what kind of person they really are.
Time to move on! Don't waste any more time on them trying to "analyze" what went wrong. Concentrate on yourself and look forward to meeting new people, best of luck.

i know how u feel!!! im sorry to hear that. sometimes guys dont realize how good they have it at home until they mess up. u could give the world they will still out and cheat on u!!! i hate guys like that. i hope u find someone that will treat u right!!! best of luck!!!

So sorry to hear about that. People cheat for any number of reasons, but immaturity is one of the biggest reasons. They simply can't resist the temptation to try something new. Just keep yourself busy, before you know it someone new will appear in your life and you will forget all about this schmoe.

i cheated on my husband because I just needed someone to care about me and listen to me. A lot of couples stop talking and communication is very important. I needed someone to listen to me. I'm not saying that this is the way to do it, i should have talked to him about our lack of communication. Hang in there the pain gets better one day at a time.

I cheated b/c I felt ugly and worthless when I was with my bf and with the guy I cheated on my bf with made me feel pretty and sexy. And now I am daiting none of them.
